1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Thanis, a service of Obligra Group LLC (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Thanis.
3. The Service
Thanis provides structured analysis and feedback on text you submit. Outputs may include scoring, risk signals, revision suggestions, and other analytical results.
Not a substitute for professional advice. Thanis is not legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice.
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- publication, awards, acceptance, sales, or readership;
- accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for your specific purpose;
- uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Accounts and Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Thanis offers four plans. Each plan has its own included features and usage limits. Current plan details are available on the Pricing page.
Basic ($0.00/mo): Intended for limited use and evaluation. Includes a 1,500-word limit per analysis, basic recent history (last 5 scans), no long-term storage, and Creative mode.
Academic ($9.99/mo): Designed for academic writing across major disciplines, with review guided by the assignment prompt and rubric. Includes 30 analyses per month and a 5,000-word limit per analysis.
Writer Pro ($14.99/mo): Designed for heavy writing workflows. Includes 75 analyses per month, adjustable feedback style, and saves and history. Deep Trace™ is available on desktop/web.
Executive ($24.99/mo): Designed for executive memos, board updates, and strategic communications, with review focused on assumptions, reasoning, recommendations, and ownership.
Billing: Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Your Content; Your Rights
You retain ownership of your User Content and Outputs. You grant Thanis a limited license to process your User Content only to operate the Service (generate outputs, maintain history if enabled, prevent abuse, and provide support).
8. Our Intellectual Property
Thanis, its software, branding, scoring systems, and underlying methods are owned by Obligra Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, upload malware, extract system prompts, or use Thanis to generate illegal content.
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. If changes materially reduce paid functionality, we will provide notice where reasonably possible.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Thanis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 for free plans).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Thanis against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service anytime.
