This Privacy Policy explains how Obligra Group LLC (“Thanis,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and authentication metadata.
- Billing Information: Processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- User Content: Drafts and outputs are processed to provide the review you request. On the free Basic plan, content is processed transiently and only recent history is available. On paid plans (Academic, Writer Pro, Executive), saved drafts and outputs are stored encrypted to provide saves and history.
- Usage Data: Technical data (IP, browser type) for security and debugging.
- Cookies: Essential cookies for login/session functionality.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide the Service, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing and Model Training
We process User Content to generate outputs you request. We do not use your content or Thanis outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with Service Providers (hosting, AI processing, payment) and for Legal Compliance. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Saved User Content on paid plans is retained until you delete it. Backups roll off periodically.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may have rights to access, export, correct, or delete your data. You can delete documents within the product. Contact privacy@thanis.ai for account-level requests.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest.
9. Children
Thanis is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. International Users
Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the Effective Date and post the updated version on thanis.ai.
